The man was arrested in Bischoffsheim, in the east of France. The 88-year-old Frenchman was flashed by agents of the Strasbourg mobile police at a speed of 191 kilometers per hour, which after correction was reduced to 181 kilometers per hour. But that was still well above the locally applicable 110 kilometers per hour.
